The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Virginia Free and Accepted Masons, Inc.
Is a fraternal organization dedicated to the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man.
Our organization takes good men and develop them to be better men.
We dispense charity, promote family values and are endeavoring to significantly aid in the uplifting of humanity.
Greetings:
Brethren, I would like to thank each of you for the successes we have encountered over the past few months. As we have entered a New Year it is common for a lot of us to make resolutions and some of you have done so. When we first entered the Masonry we too all made resolutions.
The question is often asked what is a good resolution and more importantly what effect does it have if it is not kept? When we make a resolution it gives people a certain expectation and impression of us. As a Master Mason we owe, not only ourselves and God, but we also owe the world Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth
This expectation becomes our reality as it is key to enhancing our order. It enhances the order in membership and in all aspects of life. All of us “Master Masons” remain the key and foundation to growth in this Grand Lodge.
A Master Mason is a man and a brother who trust in God. He meets you on the level and he acts upon the Square; Truth is his compass and he is forever Plumb. He has a true Grip on all that is Rite, he is loyal to his order and whatever his degree, he is master of himself. In the Lodge of Life he wears unstained the White Lambskin of innocence.
From his initiation as an Enter Apprentice he travels ever East toward the light of Wisdom until he receives the final Divine password that admits him into the ineffable presence of the Eternal Supreme Grand Master of the universe---“God”
So let us be real and remember those resolutions my brethren, for we are "MASONS ON THE MOVE".
